Matt Hausmann
Matt Hausmann started his career in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue his filmmaking dreams. He wrote and directed the award-winning short film,The Bigfoot Hunters, which screened at film festivals and comic cons around the United States and Canada. The film won Best of Fest, best costumes, best editing, best ensemble cast, and best actor at assorted festivals. Hausmann wrote and directed other short films:The Case,The S Block,The Hausmann Guide to the Apocalypse, and Wonder Charlie and the Wrath of the Corn. In addition, he's shot two web series,Star Covid and SFU Daily News Briefings. All are available on his YouTube channel

Matt has worked in the art and prop department on such feature films as Flags of Our Fathers, Interstellar, Welcome to Collinwood, American Splendor, Waitress, The Prestige, Bumblebee, Spider-man: No Way Home, Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania, and The Fabelmans. Also on the following TV Shows: The Mandalorian, Medium, True Blood, The Book of Boba Fett, and most recently Ahsoka.

Hausmann has written a variety of screenplays in various genres. Everything from drama to comedy to action/adventure. He's written features, shorts, web series, and episodic TV. A few specs have gone to the semi-finals in the Screencraft competition. Currently, Hausmann has two specs he's developing, a sci-fi/action and a rom-com.
